From Our Family to Yours
When we moved to Connecticut, we missed the food from back home. So we decided to open our own place where we could cook the real thing - the tacos, burritos, and salsas we grew up eating.
We start early every morning making fresh tortillas, chopping vegetables, and preparing our meats the traditional way. Our salsas? Made from scratch daily with recipes our grandmother used in Mexico.
When you eat here, you're not just getting a meal - you're getting a taste of our family's history. We want you to feel at home, just like you would at our dinner table back in Mexico.

“My partner and I went to Mexico recently and this restaurant always rivals the food we ate in quality and quantity. I recommend trying their specials which differs depending on weekday or weekend. The pictures I attached were of their chicken and grilled steak taco, chicken adobo, bistec enncebollado, pork chop (last 3 were the daily specials which came with flautas). The service is always friendly and warm. I brought my parents here and they thought Mazorca was excellent, too.”

The staff is so friendly and helpful for providing recommendations. We got the nachos and each one was individually loaded and these might be the best nachos I've had in CT. The taco tortillas was perfect, the beef quality was very clean, and the entree dishes are massive. They also have vegetarian options as well. And ask them about the heartbreaker drink, it's so delicious!”
